Paper Registration

If you prefer paper registration, fill out the paper registration form, print the filled out form, sign the waiver at the bottom of the form, and mail it and your check to the address on the bottom of the form.

 

To receive a t-shirt, paper registrations must be postmarked by April 10.

 

All mailed paper registrations must be postmarked by May 10. To register by paper after May 10, bring your registration form to Friday Packet Pickup with the appropriate fee for Friday Packet Pickup registration.

 

Refund Policy

If you will not be able to participate, we can refund a portion of your entry fee. The refund amount represents the percentage of your entry fee that typically has not been spent at that time of year. Notify us via e-mail to request a refund.

 

  before February 1 85% refund
  February 1 through March 31 50% refund
  after March 31 0% refund (no refund)

 

Move Registration to Next Year Policy 

If you are not able to participate in this year's event, we can move your registration to next year for a $5 charge. Here is how to do it:
  1. Notify us before April 15 via e-mail.
  2. After registration for next year's event opens, complete a paper registration form, sign it, add a notation on it saying Moved to This Year, include a $5 check and submit it to us as a paper registration. All rules for paper registration apply.

 

Transfer Registration Policy

We will transfer a registration to another person at the request of the original registrant for a $5 charge. Here is how to do it:

  1. The original registrant notifies us via e-mail, giving the new registrant's name
  2. The new registrant completes paper registration form, signs it, adds a notation on it giving the original registrant's name, includes a $5 check and submits it to us as a paper registration. All rules for paper registration apply.

 

Housing


Event housing will be hosted by the College of Saint Benedict in St. Joseph.

The College rooms have sinks in the rooms and shared restrooms and showers down the hall on every floor. Further details will be found in the Residence hall link above.


Check-Out is from 8:00am-3:30pm on Saturday and 8:00am-11:00am on Sunday

Check-In is at the College Gorecki Center from 4:00pm-9:00pm on your arrival date


St Joseph is a small town, with very limited commercial lodging. St Cloud is a larger town nearby with more housing alternatives.There are several other motels nearby.
